Self-Piercing Riveting (SPR) Gun

The self piercing SPR riveting gun uses pressure generated by hydraulic or servo motors as its power source. During work, the riveting gun drives specially designed rivets to directly press into the sheet to be riveted. The rivet pierces the upper material under pressure, while driving the lower material to undergo plastic deformation into the concave mold. As the riveting process progresses, the rivet legs gradually open and embed into the lower plate, forming a mechanical interlocking structure between the rivet and the plate, achieving a stable connection between the plates.
